Once delivered we assume no responsibility for ensuring that everyone consuming the beverages is over 21 years of age, the responsibility lies solely upon the person who ordered the alcohol and the person accepting delivery. 

We also reserve the right to replace any potential item that may temporarily be out of stock with a product of equal or greater value. We will never replace something with a product of lesser quality or value. We do our best to updtate all products as often as possible to prevent this from happening, but know that unexpected outages may occur. 

We reserve the right to not be held responsible for any food bourne illness incurred from any prodcuts we deliver. We strive to purchase and deliver the freshest and best products availabe in our area.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Due to the high alpine environment we live in, there is often adverse weather. When there is bad weather your delivery time may be delayed. We will work as hard as we can to be there on time, but we also encourage our employees to be cautious and take their time in order to keep them and everyone around them safe. 

If you are unable to make your trip to due to weather or unforseen circumstances please contact us asap to cancel your order. 48 hours ahead a full refund wil be given, within 24 hours 50% refund will be given. No refund will be given once groceries are purchased.
